Malaysian Floods
A heavy rainfall started on 17th December 2021, causing devastating floods that displaced thousands of families.
PJ Gurdwara began Seva on the 19/12 with preparation and distribution of approximately 10,000 fresh food packets daily as well as dry food and hygiene bundles.
Khalsa Aid Volunteer Akaalsimran Dev Kaur and Raajwant Singh purchased and delivered essential items: washing powder, toothbrushes, wet wipes, salt, sugar, mosquito coil, biscuits, and cooking oil to support Gurdwara Sahib’s relief operation.
Akaalsimran is our Australian volunteer, who is on her personal visit to Malaysia. We are grateful to her for taking this initiative to support affected people.
