Khalsa Aid Australia supporting the Australian Aboriginal community.

Khalsa Aid respectfully acknowledges the past and present traditional owners of the Australian Indigenous people’s land, the traditional custodians of the land, and respect their culture and identity, which bind them with the land and sea for generations.

Umoona Tjutagku Health Service Aboriginal Corporation (UTHS) is a community controlled Aboriginal Health Service. The Health Service provides primary health care services to Aboriginal people in and around Coober Pedy.

Volunteers of our Adelaide team, Gurinderjit Singh and Inderbir Singh, travelled more than 800 KMs to Coober Pedy to provide almost two tons of grocery to UTHS to support their meal/breakfast program for the Antakirinja Indigenous community. UTHS has been connected to around 1300 Antakirinja community people living in and around Coober Pedy.
