For #SikhHeritageMonth, our @khalsaaidca team dropped off non perishable food items at Fairview Soup Group – This parent led volunteer group makes nutritious meals at least once a week for the students of Fairview school.
They use local and donated foods from local support groups and grocery stores and utilise school gardens when possible. They include students in the process as skills building exercise.
